Project Overview
Design Thinking as a methodology allows teams to work less linearly, more iteratively, and more customer-focused. In order to drive adoption of human-centered design across the corporation, my team created, designed, and taught curriculum about Design Thinking.

This course is created to be a deep dive into a specific Design Thinking topic: Prioritization.

The course is designed as a 7-week experience.
Week 1: Warm up exercise - asynchronous
Week 2: Lesson videos - asynchronous
Week 3: Practice workshop - synchronous
Weeks 4-6: Solo practice - asynchronous
Week 7: Regroup session, synchronous
MY CONTRIBUTIONS
As the sole content creator, designer, and operational guru, this course was my baby. It was very rewarding to see it come to life and put in front of learners. The lesson content, the course media, the feedback gathering and implementation, the choreography; it was all in my hands. I'm grateful for the advice and guidance I received along the way from my colleagues and the feedback from learners.

WHAT I LEARNED
This was a challenging course to design. Prioritization is a complex topic. There are many directions I could have taken it and I had to trust my gut that I was flying at the right level for the learners. My team did not have a solid view point on the topic, so I had to build my own and incorporate many perspectives into the course. I learned a lot about myself as a designer, my team, and the learners throughout this process.
